Bridge Star Foundation was founded on a simple belief: no child's future should be decided by their family's ability to pay school fees, buy a uniform, or afford exam registration. We identify children who are being locked out of school by poverty, orphanhood, or family crisis, and we sponsor their education from the ground up — fees, learning materials, mentorship and, where needed, food and health support along the way.
We are headquartered in Canada and run our field programs through a regional office in Nairobi, Kenya, which coordinates registration, school partnerships and monitoring across the communities we serve.

Every programme starts with education, but a child's future is bigger than a classroom. Here's how we support the whole journey.
Full or partial sponsorship of school fees, uniforms, books and exam costs for children from families who cannot afford them, from primary school through to secondary school completion.
Vocational training, digital literacy and mentorship for older students, helping them choose a career path and gain practical, employable skills alongside their academic studies.
Leadership clubs, peer mentoring and life-skills training that build confidence, resilience and a sense of responsibility to give back to their own communities.
Working with parents, guardians and local leaders on nutrition, health referrals and household stability, because a child cannot learn on an empty stomach or an unstable home.
Sponsorship only works if it reaches the right child. So before a single school fee is paid, our field team is already at work.
Our Kenya-based field officers work directly with chiefs, teachers and community health volunteers to identify children who are out of school or at risk of dropping out. Every household is visited, every case is verified, and every registered child is followed up on throughout the school year — not just at enrolment.
